Neko Ferro is an American actor (SAG-AFTRA) based out of New York City. Neko Ferro was born in Bogota, Colombia, with family ties to Peru. As a child, he obsessively watched making of and behind the scenes videos, fascinated by the process of movie making for films like Star Wars and Dark Crystal.
This led to a life-long fascination with filmmaking and acting. Growing up in Maryland and Virginia, he began to pursue acting after being involved in background, stand-in, and precision driving work for such TV shows as West Wing, The Wire, and House of Cards which all filmed in the Maryland region. Neko trained in acting and found success in commercial work. Neko moved to New York City to further pursue acting, with a focus on TV & Film.
Neko recently wrapped shooting a supporting role in an upcoming film directed by Jeffrey Ramos in Los Angeles. The film is slated to make the rounds on the Film Festival circuit.
Aside from acting, Neko loves to dance, with a particular focus on breakdancing, popping, tut, house dancing, and salsa.
